My 6 y.o just noticed this type of sky last week as we walked home from school. She couldn’t put words to it for awhile, just “mom, mom look at the thing the sun is doing…have you seen that before?”

That’s adorable! It reminds us how novel everything is for kids and how they slowly learn to observe the world more thoroughly.
