What is clam dip?!

Oh boy. It’s like French onion dip for potato chips but with clams. If the French onion dip means nothing to you, think creamy, garlicky, oniony sauce to dip potato chips in. One of the more bizarre yet strangely tasty foods that exist in America.

The clam dip was TOOO good, as usual. Skye made a new sweet potato (really yam) dish with fresh rosemary, butter, coconut oil, and parmesan. Really good! Your cousin Ben said he’d never liked sweet potatoes before. Eli’s walking and talking and kicking the football. Devon ate almost all of Uncle Bob’s smoked salmon-cream cheese log and then didn’t eat much dinner. NFL on the TV. Kimmie’s house is now finished being remodeled and she has a really cool, modern fireplace where the dining room used to be. Dan was there with his girlfriend Chris. Missed you both!!
